Vorlesungen/ lectures
Der Vorlesungszeitraum wird am 02.11.2020 beginnen und am 13.02.2021 enden. Nur folgende Vorlesungen werden gruppenweise im Präsenzbetrieb stattfinden: Bürgerliches Recht Allgemeiner Teil, Strafrecht Allgemeiner Teil, Staatsorganisationsrecht, Europäische und Deutsche Rechtsgeschichte. Die restlichen Vorlesungen werden voraussichtlich im reinen Onlineformat gehalten werden. Mehr Informationen erhalten Sie hierzu, sobald die Immatrikulation erfolgt ist und sie die dazugehörigen Zugangsdaten erhalten haben. Die Dozierenden werden die Onlinevorlesungen entweder im Voraus asynchron aufzeichnen oder synchron streamen. Auch bei ersterem müssen Sie nicht auf interaktive Elemente, wie einem interaktivem Chat zu bestimmten Zeiten oder einem Forum für Fragestellungen, verzichten. Aktuell wird das Konzept „hybrider Lehrveranstaltungen“ erarbeitet, die gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme in Präsenz oder online anbieten.

Our lectures begin on the 2nd November and will end on the 13th February 2021. Only the following lectures will require the presence of the students and are held in small groups: Private Law (General Part), Criminal Law I, Constitutional Law I, European and German Legal History. Other lectures are very likely to just take place through online mediums. You will get more information about that with your matriculation and after you receive your access data. Our lecturers are either going to record the onlinelectures or streaming them at the same time. Even if the lectures are recorded beforehand you don’t have to miss interactive elements, like a chat or forum at specific times for your questions. Currently we are working on a concept for a hybrid type of lectures, so you have the possibility to either be there in person or to participate online.
