Seminar "Pandemics, revolutions, economic crises: The reaction of law to shocks"
In the light of current events, the seminar is dedicated to so-called shocks from the perspective of legal history. Shocks are sudden massive events that have an impact on society and the economy. Such shocks can be triggered, for example, by wars, revolutions, debt crises, financial crises, speculative bubbles, pandemics or natural disasters.
The seminar will presumably be held in "live" format on 20 and 27 November.
